Take your pick.. Command & Communications Boat or Command Control Boat, I've heard it referred to as both.   Essentially, it was a monitor with a communications center in lieu of a mortar pit.   The officers in charge of missions rode this boat and directed the convoy.  The photo below is of the first two MRF boats to arrive in country in 1967.  The boat on the left is a Monitor (M-91-1) and the boat on the right is a CCB (C-91-1).  The command center is directly behind the 40 mm turret on the CCB.
